You can easily connect SolarEdge using your SolarEdge login.

Preparation

Have your SolarEdge login details (email address and password) ready.

Setup

Select “SolarEdge” in the app. You will be redirected automatically to the SolarEdge sign-in page.
Sign in there with your SolarEdge login details and confirm access to your system. You will then be taken back to the app automatically.
The app now connects to your system. This can take up to 5 minutes. Your system appears in the app right away, but the values only show up after a short while. You don't need to do anything else.

Q: My system is shown, but no values are coming in. What can I do?

A: Wait up to 5 minutes. If there are still no values after that, remove the connection in the app and set up SolarEdge again.

Q: I can't sign in to SolarEdge. What can I do?

A: Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page to reset your password. If you don't have a SolarEdge account yet, please contact your installer.
