Raedian offers the NEO, a modern wallbox suitable for dynamic PV surplus charging and price-based control. One of its key features is the ability to perform automatic phase switching, which is also supported by our system.

The NEO features various online interfaces that allow us to communicate with your wallbox. We use direct communication with the wallbox via OCPP.

Preparation

To connect the NEO to our system, you must activate the wallbox's OCPP backend.

Before starting the setup, you must connect your wallbox to the internet. Ensure that the latest updates are installed. To do this, the wallbox must be connected to the manufacturer's backend. Firmware updates can also be performed via Bluetooth.

Setup

To connect your wallbox to our backend, you currently need to contact RAEDIAN support directly at support@raedian.eu. Send the support team your OCPP URL from our app and the serial number of your wallbox. RAEDIAN will handle the setup for you.

In some cases, the wallbox may appear as offline after setup; please wait a moment or refresh the page to update the status. It may also help to unplug the vehicle briefly or reconnect it to the wallbox.

You can now have your wallbox controlled automatically and charge your car with low-cost solar power! Please note that we cannot provide software updates for the wallbox. If an update is required, you must temporarily connect the wallbox to the RAEDIAN backend.
